DETAILED DESIGN ENGINEERING

Our experts are well experienced in executing the detailed design projects where stagewise execution plays important role. The stagewise execution is broken down as below:

Stage 1: Scope Definition & Execution Strategy

To evaluate FEED Deliverables to ensure engineering is sufficiently mature for detail design to progress in a controlled & minimal change environment.

Stage 2: Commencement of Detailed Design

To formally kick off the detailed design in accordance with the project execution plan & to ensure that the key engineering strategies / philosophies are in place.

Stage 3: Initial Design Development & Hazard Identification

To develop initial design deliverables to Inter Disciplinary Check (IDC) stage & identify key hazards.

Stage 4: Design Review Workshop

To confirm that initial design development is robust.

Stage 5: Approved for Design followed by procurement activities

To freeze the process design (HAZOP/SIL and other technical safety workshops, HIPPS & Flow Assurance) and to start procurement activities.

Stage 6: Approved for Construction (AFC)

To ensure that sufficient design information & certification is available to facilitate safe installation, operation & maintenance.

Stage 7: Design Closeout

To ensure all final design deliverables are completed with As-built drawings & statutory obligations (e.g. Safety Case Acceptance) are satisfactorily resolved.
