OUR RECENT MAJOR PROJECTS IN OIL & GAS
FARAH CPF PLANT – Concept Selection and BFD Study
ARA Petroleum LLC (ARA)/ Ritaj Engineers & Consultants intended to carry out a concept selection work for early production facility(EPF) for upcoming FARAH field. The project also involved BFD preparation for the Off-plot gathering facilities involving around 150 wells.
FARAH GAS EXPORT PIPELINE PROJECT – FEED SCOPE
In continuation to the concept project ARA Petroleum LLC (ARA)/ Ritaj Engineers & Consultants awarded FEED scope for the export gas pipeline (90km) from EPF to delivery. Client intended to carry out FEED scope study project for a gas pipeline to evacuate the gas production from their FARAH fields to the OQ Gas Network (OQGN). The project also involved installation of a fiscal metering system for gas flow measurement near to the proposed FARAH SW production facilities, connecting to the OQ Gas Network Tie-in and interfacing with the OQ systems.
FLARE SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT PROJECT(DETAILED DESIGN) -
Elixir is currently executing the detail engineering scope for the improvement of flare system for NATPET, Saudi Arabia. Which mainly involves flare system adequacy check.
HYDROGEN PROJECTS
- Hydrogen generation, compression, storage & dispensation facilities for Australian client.
- Hydrogen vent study for Australian client.
- Concept for Hydrogen blending with natural gas for Indian client.
FLOW ASSURANCE STUDIES
Flow Assurance study of Subsea field in North Sea for Converting gas injector into producers with initial production from gas cap and subsequent oil production with low temperature study and safeguarding review.
YAMAMA FORMATION DEVELOPMENT WEST QUERNA 2 PROJECT(CONCEPT OPTIMIZATION) -
Completed the concept optimization study for gas plant comprising AGR, GDU, Hydrocarbon Dewpoint Unit, NGL extraction, LPG and SRU/AGI.
AMINE SWAP OUT SYUDY
We are very much delighted and proud of our team for securing one more very special study from North Sea Operator UK. The Amine Swap Out Study for Buzzard Platform is very critical for the sustained oil production and very careful examination is required to select alternative solvent. Elixir has a team of professionals who are highly experienced in this area and confident to deliver the exact solution.
DESIGN ENGINEERING FOR BU HASA SWAG CO2 EOR PILOT PROJECT -
Elixir is currently involved in Process Engineering & Assurance support for BU HASA SWAG Pilot project where in dense phase CO2 transportation & injection is involved.
