DESIGN AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF INDUSTRIAL GAS NETWORK

The Royal Commission of Jubail & Yanbu, in collaboration with Blueprint, has undertaken a concept study followed by the development of Engineering Documents for the development of an Industrial Gas Network to support EPC tendering process. The project involves designing the design of natural gas pipeline system receiving natural gas from the Ministry of Energy (MOE) pipeline to the Main Control Facility where the pressure reduction, metering and control facility is provided. From this facility, low pressure natural gas will further distribute to the planned customers in Jazan industrial area through a dedicated pipeline network.

The scope of the study includes concept selection along with design analysis reports, steady-state simulation using Aspen HYSYS, estimation of heater duty, hydraulic calculations, development of PFDs, P&IDs, system depressurization analysis, material selection report, 3D Model development (LOD 200) using REVIT 3D and civil 3D, Review up to final stage. A LOD 200 3D model and required multidiscipline engineering deliverables to support EPC tendering stage. Additionally, the study covers the preparation of Material Data Sheets (MDS) for key equipment, including the filter separator, electric heater, pressure reduction train, metering skid, and odorant injection package.
